Error - Base Transaction Successful, But Fee Transaction Declined. Error Occurred. Base Transaction Voided Successful
Sometimes you may receive a notice stating "Base transaction successful (Transaction ID) but fee transaction declined. Error occurred. Base transaction voided successful" as shown here.
This error is a decline coming from the Card Issuer Bank. The payee will need to call their bank to allow the transaction to process. Once they have confirmed their bank will approve the transaction, they can try processing again.
