Void a Transaction - ReCo Anywhere

Void a Transaction - ReCo Anywhere

Merchant's must be logged in with a Manager or Above user.
Click on Transaction Report
Click on the Department
Locate the transaction by scrolling or searching.
Scroll over to the far right.
Click the yellow button under Actions 
Confirm the transaction number you are Voiding* - Click YES

*A void is only available if the transaction has not yet been settled or batched. Otherwise it is a refund or reversal
**An ACH transaction return is referred to as Reversal. A CC transaction is a refund.
