Voiding a Card Payment – Reco Cashiering

ON DEJAVOO

  1. Find the transaction number if you do not have the card present 

  1. Tap the star icon to access the Favorites menu 

  1. Tap VOID TRANSACTION 

  1. If prompted, input the Manager Password (1234) 

  1. Input the transaction # and press OK 

  1. Confirm the info by tapping SELECT 

  1. If prompted, confirm the void amount by tapping OK or CANCEL
